Attended the Kingston Shop. Staff attentive but not overbearing and very helpful. Particularly Jonathan who went the extra mile ( almost literally) with helping getting the item to our car when we collected.

I had to order by phone -very helpful service. Quick and efficient delivery service and excellent quality. I've had two Twingle oak sofas in daily use for at least ten years -upgraded them with new covers and under drawers. Perfect!

Was searching for a wallmirror with small shelf within frame. Futon company had a great one in wood at a brilliant price. Collected from a nearby Futon shop. It was full of such amazing and creative pieces. Definitely going back for another look. The item is well made and looks great insitu.

It was good. The delivery however took 2 weeks which seemed like quite a long time but possibly understandable.
I like the product because it is made of cotton not plastic and has recycled materials. So I am grateful for that.

After reading several negative comments regarding delivery and customer service, I was slightly hesitant ordering.. I had absolutely no need to worry, as delivered was as expected, within five day's of placing order, and customer service was spot on.

Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. Good quality product, easy to order, but took its time being delivered, considering I am 5 minutes away from the warehouse. It would be perfect if you could pick direct from the warehouse rather than a store.
