Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

It’s great to be able to see the range of furniture that futon offer in actual shops. Love the simple designs and functionality of the range. Well made. Useful pieces at very affordable prices. Great product. Finally a sofa bed that's comfy as a sofa and a bed. Build quality seems good so far (1 month in). I have it permanently with one arm down like a day-bed, super comfy to lounge on and decent occasional bed option for guests.
