Humans answer the phone.no musak. Easy site to order from, lovely ladder bookshelf in real wood, had £20 off at time of purchase. Easy assembly took about an hour for one person, would have been quicker with two. Dispatched within a couple of days and tracked delivery with regular delivery times and two chances to change to another...
