The assistant in the Guildford shop was unobtrusive and very helpful when needed. The chairs I ordered were delivered quickly. I'm very pleased with them.

I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

Bookcase is the perfect size. Smart. Easy to assemble. Excellent delivery times. Not the first time we’ve used the Futon Company. It really dues what it does so well, subtle variations on key items.

Once assembled, this is an excellent and comfortable product. Ideal for occasional overnighters ! Lovely to sit on and read in those sleepless nights. We love it!
However, the assembly instructions were not easy to understand nor did there seem to be instructions for turning it into a bed mode or re-erecting....

Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
