Lorna in the Chiswick branch is an amazing saleswoman - couldn't have been more patient and helpful. We love our futon. The construction is solid and excellent quality and looks so smart in our small room.

The service at the futon company was great.
In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.

I bought a Oak Bordeaux folding table. The wood was very good. Also, I think the instructions should have been more detailed because I was a little confused when setting up the table.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Great set of "leaning" shelves. Fits perfectly in bathroom with mix of wooden frame and white shelves. Easy to build - 10 minutes or so and solid. Recommended. Probably my fifth or sixth piece of Futon Company furniture, won't be my last.

I saw a Futon ad on an aircraft magazine, returning from holiday. Previously, I'd only associated Futon with beds 40 years ago. My small office/study was going to have traditional fixed wall-mounted shelves but Futon's free-standing ladder style shelves, drawers and cabinet shelves are far superior...

Great customer service
Bought the trundle bed in February and couple of niggles were resolved by Prisca in customer support with great patience - she is a really good ambassador for the company. I am very pleased with the trundle bed: it is perfect for our extremely small spare room for 2 of the grandchildren...
