I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! Once assembled, this is an excellent and comfortable product. Ideal for occasional overnighters ! Lovely to sit on and read in those sleepless nights. We love it!
However, the assembly instructions were not easy to understand nor did there seem to be instructions for turning it into a bed mode or re-erecting....

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Was given useful advice on choosing my futon by the very helpful person in Edinburgh branch. Futon arrived well within the expected timescale of up to 3 weeks and is lovely. A great quality item already been tested and enjoyed.Would highly recommend as a single futon bed .

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
