Rosie in the Guildford store was very helpful in making our decision on which futon sofabed to buy - frame, futon, cover etc.
Delivery was quick and self assembly was good - after we studied the instructions several times!

Excellent packaging keeping bed components safe. All the screws and plugs were accounted for .Visual instructions easily follow able. Less than an afternoon to construct.
Delivery people were pleasant, quick and amenable. A brilliant purchase all round !!

Adam in your Solihull shop saved the day. He was so helpful with all our questions and doubts and demonstrated so well the many features of your excellent range. We bought a sofa bed and much more. We left with a smile and with plans of returning.

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

We were served by Santiago who was very helpful and gave us good guidance when we were choosing our shelves.
The shelves were easy to assemble and we are pleased with the look they have created.
