Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

Had a problem with Futon

Had a problem with Futon, popped into store, sent some Photos replacement authorised very quickly. Replacement arrived within a few days. The team at York were brilliant as they always are.

Lovely small tables

Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed. It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

Lovely staff at Guildford

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised. We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

washing basket

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room
