I made a shortlist online. I then visited the Muswell Hill branch. The friendly staff helped me decide which wardrobe had the best features for my situation. The advantage to ordering in the store was that the staff would manage the delivery. They let me know when it arrived and my spouse collected it...

Love this brand. Consistently good quality across the board and at good prices. Recently had a really good experience at the York shop with Hayley. We'd ordered an oak framed mirror which was slightly chipped when it arrived. One quick phone call and a couple of emails later and she'd arranged a replacement...

The furniture is beautifully made, and although it's not as cheap as some others, we feel that we've bought something that will last, and stay attractive.
The staff in the shop were helpful in letting us see exactly what we wanted, including how it opened, and gave us the time we needed to make a decision....

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.

Easy to order instore, and collected after email confirming item was at the store. Bought to go alongside existing short folio shelving. I do like having the store in town for browsing and always find the staff there to be most helpful.

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
