I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! Lovely folding mattress , excellent design features such as the Velcro tabs and such nice material! Well made and sturdy design. I haven’t tested it yet but it looks and feels comfortable. Could double up as extra seating like a pouffe!

Ordered from the shop, quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and goods were well protected and arrived undamaged. Delivery was £12.50. Very reasonable.

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.
I found our local futon shop a delightful place to shop and the staff were really helpful and courteous .

Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.
