The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

Products are truly spot on and lovely. The only thing I would ask is that there were spare covers for the futons, whether small or large. covers would be good...Spot the dog would appreciate muchly

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Beautiful products. Great quality. I bought three lamps in the sale, but they were good value at full cost anyway. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.

Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!

The futon has been delivered fast, men were very willing to put it into the small room in 2nd floor.
