Welll I ordered easily on line, had the goods shipped to a shop where they were ready, wrapped to be taken away. Easy. The staff are very pleasant and efficient.

I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

I first browsed their Bristol store on Park Street which is one of my favourite shops, and I felt very welcome in there because of the friendly staff.
