We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). I've just remembered, ????, we divided the customer service and delivery with a courier, customer service was clearly an equal split between light and heavy work, on the bright side, this friendly service are ready with bags if needs be, some items are easier to negotiate, home, in small bags, overall...

Very helpful person in the Edinburgh arranged our order and the complicated delivery and the futon when it arrived was very good quality and looks great. Nobody has slept on it yet!

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.
