Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). Asher at the Battersea Shop was really helpful. I bought an oak deep picture rail and collected the Admiral folding chair from the store a few days later. Very pleased with both purchases.

Muswell Hill branch - very efficient and friendly. I needed new covers for my sofa bed and was able to ring up and order, and they arrived a few days later as promised. The covers have completely transformed the sofa and I’m very pleased. Thank you

Fantastic product - needed a desk on my son’s room but had no space to fit one. Found these and bought two!! One to act as a monitor / Xbox / gaming stand for his driving rig and the second to act as a proper desk for homework etc. beautifully finished and very easy to erect. .
