Welll I ordered easily on line, had the goods shipped to a shop where they were ready, wrapped to be taken away. Easy. The staff are very pleasant and efficient.

I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

I was interested in the options for an occasional bed in the smallest of two bedrooms in my house. Jodie in the Norwich store was particularly helpful with her knowledge and interest. I ordered online and I know I will be back for more ideas given the fact I live in a modern compact house.

Mirage king size bed frame is excellent quality.
Assembly was easy because all parts of the frame and all supporting struts were strong and so perfectly aligned.
We were able to purchase the bed frame while on a discounted offer.
Deep Sleep reversible mattress might seem quite expensive but it is...

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.
I found our local futon shop a delightful place to shop and the staff were really helpful and courteous .

Was given useful advice on choosing my futon by the very helpful person in Edinburgh branch. Futon arrived well within the expected timescale of up to 3 weeks and is lovely. A great quality item already been tested and enjoyed.Would highly recommend as a single futon bed .

Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.
The staff in the Leeds shop have always been very helpful and friendly.

Furniture was well built and reasonably priced. Delivered on time, we had 1 fault with 1 piece of furniture but it was soon remedied with no problem. Would be happy to buy from them again
