We have guest staying over who frequently have laptops with them. Our guest room is too small to contain an ordinary desk, so the drop-leaf console has turned out to be an excellent solution. I’m delighted with it.

Really pleased with my smart computer/office chair that doesn't look like an office chair! No wheels but a stylish swivel that allows the seat to move smoothly around. Futon Company was great. The staff in the shop were helpful and informative without being pushy. After ordering, they explained exactly what would happen on delivery. Everything went so smoothly and the flat pack couch instructions were easy to follow.

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier. It was being picked up the next day early, and she even came in on her day off going above and beyond...

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service
