Everything very good!
I am hopeless with online matters BUT I ordered a mattress in the sale and the website and subsequent service were excellent. The product was described clearly, payment process was smooth and the delivery was far quicker than I had expected. The mattress has already proved invaluable....

The staff I first encountered down in Brighton were very efficient and gave me the right advice about changing my futon for a lighter one. I then dealt with your Manchester office and spoke to James who helped me with my order. Delivery was scheduled on time and I'm very pleased with the product.

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

We have bought 6 pieces recently from The Futon Company. I have had excellent service from all the staff I have dealt with.
The quality of the wooden furniture we have bought is excellent, & so hard to find these days.

Great products and delivery service was excellent. Took a long time from order to dispatch although I bought things in sale they weren't dispatched until rest of order was ready by which time some items were unavailable. A scaled delivery charge would be good too, get charged same for delivery of soft...
