We visited the Guildford store twice in the last week of November and on both occasions the staff, who were different on both days, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The products are of interesting design, well made and easy to assemble. First class service.

Was searching for a wallmirror with small shelf within frame. Futon company had a great one in wood at a brilliant price. Collected from a nearby Futon shop. It was full of such amazing and creative pieces. Definitely going back for another look. The item is well made and looks great insitu.

It was good. The delivery however took 2 weeks which seemed like quite a long time but possibly understandable.
I like the product because it is made of cotton not plastic and has recycled materials. So I am grateful for that.

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

The staff who delivered the futon and assembled it was very efficient and involved me in the process of converting it from sofa to bed ensuring I understood the correct procedure

Very comfy futons, worth getting the upgraded versions. Easy to assemble (even 1 person can do it), easy to transform into beds and back to futons. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in Guildford store.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

After reading several negative comments regarding delivery and customer service, I was slightly hesitant ordering.. I had absolutely no need to worry, as delivered was as expected, within five day's of placing order, and customer service was spot on.
I purchased three large self assembly pieces, instructions...
