Lovely helpful staff it's always a pleasure to shop in the futon shop I have bought three things already a laptop table with legs to stand on a table or on your lap,a shoe stand and a shoe rack that have all been lovely made, really nice wood too and easy to build.

We purchased a 3seater OKE futon with the top futon mattress , it’s an amazing piece of furniture - solid, beautiful and very very comfortable as a sofa (not tried as a bed but I am 100% sure it would be luxurious and comfortable ) we would 100% recommend . I'm so pleased Solihull got a Futon shop again after so many years since it closed.
I much prefer to shop in store for these items.
Roman and the rest of the team are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Great furniture and reasonable prices. Helpful to be able to go into their shop in Norwich to view some items before purchasing.
Coul be improved by agreeing a date and time slot with delivery company they use.

Very easy transaction and delivery service was great. Receiving a call in the morning giving an approximately delivery time then a 10 minute warning call helps to prepare for delivery. Items were delivered to a room of my choice and not just placed in the property threshold.

The item arrived on time and was very well packaged.It was generally simple to put together,but some screws did not line up easily.The oak finish is of great quality.
Lovely table to sit with laptop or do art with small easel.
