Rosie in the Guildford store was very helpful in making our decision on which futon sofabed to buy - frame, futon, cover etc.
Delivery was quick and self assembly was good - after we studied the instructions several times!
The comfy futon really is comfy and the sofabed looks fabulous. Highly recommended...

Lovely piece of furniture and we were kept informed to enable collection. Assembly was reasonably straightforward. Would like to have had deeper drawers.

We were kept fully informed regarding delivery, when and how the delivery would happen, and all happened smoothly.

Easy and very helpful instructions for assembly.

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

Great communication and item is exactly as described. Very well packaged and extremely good quality. Needed 2 people to assemble but absolutely loving my futon.

Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.

The customer service at the Tunbridge Wells (18 Mar) and Battersea (19 Mar) stores was superb. All companies should try and meet these standards! Beyond helpful and responsive.
