Online ordering was easy and the products are great quality and stylish. All the items were perfect for what I needed.
I chose to collect rather than deliver as I thought the delivery prices were incredibly high for the items that I was ordering.
Gary in the Cambridge store was great. Extremely helpful....

The staff in the Guildford branch have always been helpful and welcoming. Particular shout out to Jermaine and Rosie. Ordered two items with their buy 1 get 1 half price offer. Can't wait to receive my new furniture!

We ordered our futon in store and the salespeople were very helpful. The order arrived 5 days later as they promised. All very easy and product seems ideal for our needs.

High quality sofa bed, looks great. Easy to put together, good instructions. Used as bed once, very comfortable sleep. Extremely good service, kept informed of delivery details, swift and informative. I'm very happy and pleased with purchase.

I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

Once assembled, this is an excellent and comfortable product. Ideal for occasional overnighters ! Lovely to sit on and read in those sleepless nights. We love it!
However, the assembly instructions were not easy to understand nor did there seem to be instructions for turning it into a bed mode or re-erecting....

The whole process of shopping with Futon was really enjoyable. I first browsed their Bristol store on Park Street which is one of my favourite shops, and I felt very welcome in there because of the friendly staff. The items I wanted weren't in stock in the store but the worker kindly offered to place...

Furniture was well built and reasonably priced. Delivered on time, we had 1 fault with 1 piece of furniture but it was soon remedied with no problem. Would be happy to buy from them again
