I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! Good quality stuff had a bit of a problem with part of the delivery. Not helped by us being a way when they tried to deliver the missing bit. But we got there.

The assistant in the shop on Finchley Road was really very very helpful. We had a particularly special need for a piece of furniture and he spent time discussing this with us. The delivery itself went extremely smoothly. Jerusalem

Ordered from the shop, quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and goods were well protected and arrived undamaged. Delivery was £12.50. Very reasonable.

I was interested in the options for an occasional bed in the smallest of two bedrooms in my house. Jodie in the Norwich store was particularly helpful with her knowledge and interest. I ordered online and I know I will be back for more ideas given the fact I live in a modern compact house.

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.
