The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. I got a tatami mat for yoga, a shelf for the hallway, a frame for my poster and even a hot water bottle with fleece—but there’s so much more! We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. In desperation we ‘phoned the Norwich store and spoke to Patricia and Archie....

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Shame really as I think I’d have had a house full of their stuff. Still water under the bridge and nice staff now working...
