Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

We have guest staying over who frequently have laptops with them. Our guest room is too small to contain an ordinary desk, so the drop-leaf console has turned out to be an excellent solution. I’m delighted with it.

Lovely furniture, I’m so pleased with my futon - simple assembly and seems great quality + so comfy!

Great communication and item is exactly as described. Very well packaged and extremely good quality. Needed 2 people to assemble but absolutely loving my futon.

Helpful friendly service in the shop, prompt delivery, and a lovely product that I'm really pleased with. Quite easy to assemble the coat rack, and it looks really nice. Purchases an ottoman stool/ pouffe for my daughter. I rang the Guildford branch and spoke to a member of staff who was extremely helpful.
The item was delivered to the shop at my request and we are delighted with the quality and price of our purchase
