My new furniture was delivered on time and was perfectly packaged. It wasn't too difficult to assemble and is exactly what I needed.
The wood is smooth with a nice grain and fits in perfectly.

I am hopeless with online matters BUT I ordered a mattress in the sale and the website and subsequent service were excellent. The product was described clearly, payment process was smooth and the delivery was far quicker than I had expected. The mattress has already proved invaluable....

The gentleman who I picked the item up from was friendly , welcoming and helpful. I bought three other stock clearance items from the shop. My flat is now filled with futon shop items as I find them well built, good looking and great value.

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

We have bought 6 pieces recently from The Futon Company. I have had excellent service from all the staff I have dealt with.
The quality of the wooden furniture we have bought is excellent, & so hard to find these days.

Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). They are always reachable,...
