Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). They are always reachable,...

Package was delivered on date it stated it would be and item was as stated in picture. I am very happy with my purchase very sturdy and fits in the room perfectly.

Beautifully made furniture items at reasonable prices. Easy to order. Fast despatch. Have used the company before & i often check out the website for inspiration or offers. Bought oak desk & ladder unit for home office & ladder unit, floating shelves for summerhouse.

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.
