Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

After much searching for a table to fit our kitchen that also expands we chose the Delta table with 4 Oak Pass chairs. Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

The purchase online was easy to achieve. When I called to pick up my futon the lady at the store was extremely helpful and she assisted me in loading up my purchase into my vehicle, and gave good advice concerning extra purchases to enhance what I bought. The service at the futon company was great.
In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.
