really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.

Really pleased with my smart computer/office chair that doesn't look like an office chair! No wheels but a stylish swivel that allows the seat to move smoothly around. Absolutely love the stacking paper trays I ordered. Such a good price for well designed, quality products. They arrived within a few days and were really well packaged. So nice to receive a beautiful, old school paper catalogue of their products too. I look forward to buying from this company again....

I was informed of the product arrival. I had a good four days to collect from store. Very helpful woman behind till and advice giver around shop. Shop is like an Aladdin’s cave of lovely products.
