Excellent packaging keeping bed components safe. All the screws and plugs were accounted for .Visual instructions easily follow able. Less than an afternoon to construct.
Delivery people were pleasant, quick and amenable. A brilliant purchase all round !!

The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.
