Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

We ordered the Oke - 3 Seater Sofa Bed Solid Oak, and it is excellent quality. The delivery was fast and handled brilliantly by two young men to the room of our choosing. We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. It did take a while to arrive but we were told that on the online order form so we can’t mark it down for that - in fact it arrived before...

I bought the 3 shelf version which is "hip height" Easy to pick up from local shop. Good value & well made ( self assembly with all screws needed !) Nice for my mum to place her flower vase on at Care Home away from radiator !

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.
