I can finaly have a deep sleep, nice even and hard enough surface.

Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

We have very sepcific requirement for our bed, we want a lower bed, no head or end board, with storage room underneath, also we don't like soft mattress. Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed.
It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

Fantastic in store experience in Norwich. Staff cheery, helpful and knowledgeable on products. Everything delivered on time and all packaged well. No items damaged or in need of replacing. Delivery company not as enthusiastic but they did what was needed and without issue. Will order again.
