Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.

Went to visit Edinburgh on Saturday, what a very interesting shop! Lovely gifts and very elegant products. I was served by Hayden who kindly gift wrapped my purchase and put in a lovely bag. What a lovely tranquil shopping experience.

really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.

Great service in the Finchley store. This included advice on assembly and delivery options. They even followed up on the day of the delivery to ensure I was confident and happy with assembly instructions…

I was informed of the product arrival. I had a good four days to collect from store. Very helpful woman behind till and advice giver around shop. Shop is like an Aladdin’s cave of lovely products.

First experience buying furniture from the Futon Company and being unable to visit a showroom, I had to rely on checking out the reviews from other customers. I ordered a side table and a very practical small fold half moon table as space in my room is restricted.

What I valued most with Futon Company was their customer service. I wanted to schedule a delivery as close as possible to another delivery and they were willing and able to try & accommodate that. The desk is also exactly as expected and good value for money.

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service
