Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.

Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.

Great company and great sofa bed. The oke 2 seater sofa bed is comfy, looks brilliant and is fantastic quality. Assembly was not difficult as the instructions were clear. The only thing I will mention is that the sofa bed is heavy to move but that is because it is solid oak. They emailed care and guidance...

Our furniture is wonderful, but the delivery company here awful.
They delivered at the wrong time, the box was wrecked, the shelving damaged and the driver was very rude.
It will not put us off ordering fabulous furniture from the Futon Company, but another delivery firm would be a good idea.

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier. It was being picked up the next day early, and she even came in on her day off going above and beyond...

What I valued most with Futon Company was their customer service. I wanted to schedule a delivery as close as possible to another delivery and they were willing and able to try & accommodate that. The desk is also exactly as expected and good value for money.

I purchased a Drift daybed in January 2026.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product & the delivery was prompt & efficient.
