Lovely small tables

Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed. It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

I love these furnitures

Great delivery. Great furniture. A bit tricky to put together. Needed 100% attention and tools not included in the packet. Instructions not as clear as those from Ikea. But products once assembled are sturdy and beautiful.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

washing basket

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room

Gorgeous items

A great little stool with a fold out step up

Ordered on line which was very straight forward. The delivery was quick and securely wrapped . Delighted with the step up stool very neat and ticks away in a corner but very helpful for those higher kitchen shelves .
