I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

Welll I ordered easily on line, had the goods shipped to a shop where they were ready, wrapped to be taken away. Easy. The staff are very pleasant and efficient.

I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! Love this brand. Consistently good quality across the board and at good prices. Recently had a really good experience at the York shop with Hayley. We'd ordered an oak framed mirror which was slightly chipped when it arrived. One quick phone call and a couple of emails later and she'd arranged a replacement...

Furniture was well built and reasonably priced. Delivered on time, we had 1 fault with 1 piece of furniture but it was soon remedied with no problem. Would be happy to buy from them again
