Attended the Kingston Shop. Staff attentive but not overbearing and very helpful. Particularly Jonathan who went the extra mile ( almost literally) with helping getting the item to our car when we collected.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of products purchased as they are for overnight guests so they have somewhere more comfortable to sleep than a blowup bed. The lofa sofa is so comfy and the bed in a bag is perfect for unexpected guests. Very happy that I made the decisio to shop at the futon company.

After reading several negative comments regarding delivery and customer service, I was slightly hesitant ordering.. I had absolutely no need to worry, as delivered was as expected, within five day's of placing order, and customer service was spot on.
