I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! The furniture is beautifully made, and although it's not as cheap as some others, we feel that we've bought something that will last, and stay attractive.
The staff in the shop were helpful in letting us see exactly what we wanted, including how it opened, and gave us the time we needed to make a decision....

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
