Customer service was fabulous. I order my small tables with the understanding they would a wee while. On check on delivery, futon were great and responded quickly and kept me up to date. The tables arrived, were assembled and put in place. What’s not to like. Fantastic

We have bought 6 pieces recently from The Futon Company. I have had excellent service from all the staff I have dealt with.
The quality of the wooden furniture we have bought is excellent, & so hard to find these days.

Humans answer the phone.no musak. Fantastic product - needed a desk on my son’s room but had no space to fit one. Found these and bought two!! One to act as a monitor / Xbox / gaming stand for his driving rig and the second to act as a proper desk for homework etc. beautifully finished and very easy to erect. .

Ordering and delivery of the bed base from the Futon Company was straightforward and efficient. The bedbase itself is exactly what I was looking for- simple design and good quality.
