Staff in the shop in Ringwood were extremely helpful. Ordered nest of tables sent direct to home. Good delivery price. Well packaged. Regular delivery updates.

The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. Easy to order. Staff were helpful when picking up item (large box) in the town centre so not always easy to park. Item itself was easy to assemble and looks good so far.
