Cannot fault this Company. Very efficient, delivery within a few days. Kept up to date with time etc. The product we ordered is very high quality, we were so impressed we ordered two more. (Sleepover single futon fold up bed). Very competitively priced too. We can highly recommend.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Only issue was that the top and bottom sections of the cabinet that I had ordered had the incorrect numbering so I had to take apart and re do. Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

The purchase online was easy to achieve. When I called to pick up my futon the lady at the store was extremely helpful and she assisted me in loading up my purchase into my vehicle, and gave good advice concerning extra purchases to enhance what I bought. Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Very happy with the build quality and looks of our futon 2 seater settee, we upgraded the mattress and bought an extra cover all lovely We also bought 2 swivel coffee tables. I would recommend there furniture as the quality is excellent
