Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

Really helpful staff who took a lot of trouble to go down stairs and find a sample to show me
I was able to make a decision as a direct result of his help and was not what I expected to be choosing when I entered the shop.
Visiting the shop is so much better than ordering directly on line!

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.

Easy to order. Staff were helpful when picking up item (large box) in the town centre so not always easy to park. Item itself was easy to assemble and looks good so far.

I like the furniture.
The size and style is great for small spaces.
As everyone in the future will have to live in tiny rooms due to the housing market being made unaffordable due to landlords and the asset class treating housing as a "passive income" we will all need small yet high quality furniture...

The customer service at The Futon Company in Edinburgh has always been fantastic. I was struggling with back pain from an expensive mattress, but after purchasing one of their futons with a firm side, I've noticed a significant improvement. It's been a game-changer for my back health. Highly recommend!
