I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

I shopped in store and was advised extremely well by a very gracious member of the team.
My first night on my new futon mattress left me with a bit of a face ache in the morning because I had been smiling in my sleep. It's preposterously comfortable.

Good quality product, easy to order, but took its time being delivered, considering I am 5 minutes away from the warehouse. It would be perfect if you could pick direct from the warehouse rather than a store.
