Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

We were served by Santiago who was very helpful and gave us good guidance when we were choosing our shelves.

First time using the company and very impressed. Purchased a roll up futon mattress for my grandsons when they come to have a sleepover. The design is brilliant as it rolls up for easy storage and has a carry handle. It's also very comfy. The item arrived very quickly too.

I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. Prompt dispatch and delivery of items. Both the four tray oak caddy and the free-standing loo roll holder were easy to put together and look great in our new downstairs loo. Solid-feeling with a decent heft to them, very happy with my purchase and the service from Futon Co.
