Excellent packaging keeping bed components safe. All the screws and plugs were accounted for .Visual instructions easily follow able. Less than an afternoon to construct.

The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . I bought the 3 shelf version which is "hip height" Easy to pick up from local shop. Good value & well made ( self assembly with all screws needed !) Nice for my mum to place her flower vase on at Care Home away from radiator !

really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.
