My new furniture was delivered on time and was perfectly packaged. It wasn't too difficult to assemble and is exactly what I needed.
The wood is smooth with a nice grain and fits in perfectly.

Customer service was fabulous. I order my small tables with the understanding they would a wee while. On check on delivery, futon were great and responded quickly and kept me up to date. The tables arrived, were assembled and put in place. What’s not to like. Fantastic

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

My order arrived today and I am very pleased with it. It was a replacement for a Futon Company bed in a bag that I bought in 2010. Good quality products that are worth the money and last for years.
