I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

Lorna in the Chiswick branch is an amazing saleswoman - couldn't have been more patient and helpful. We love our futon. The construction is solid and excellent quality and looks so smart in our small room.

I ordered one smallish bedside 9 (or other) table. It arrived on time with all the necessary bits an pieces, screws, allen key etc. The instructions were clear. Had great service from Roman at the Solihull branch. They were out of stock for an oak desk but I needed it that weekend so he found one at another branch & organised the collection. Also, when collecting some cushions & discovering the delivery bay blocked he brought them to my car - in the sleety rain!...

Replacement cover, good quality, fitted well, delivered quickly, and also included back cover which was not mentioned in description so that was a nice surprise.

Small improvement: being able to chose the delivery date would be real helpful for furniture.
