Very good product that seems strong and comfortable. It was pretty easy to construct, too. Everything arrived on time as expected, and communication from the company was good. Most of all, though, the product (a single futon chair), is nicely designed and comfortable.

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.

Love the product we bought. The person at the shop was really helpful and made sure we were able to fit everything in and confirmed we had everything. Wasn't too hard to put together. I did it on my own, probably would have been quicker with someone else.

The whole process of shopping with Futon was really enjoyable. I first browsed their Bristol store on Park Street which is one of my favourite shops, and I felt very welcome in there because of the friendly staff.
