Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear.
