We have very sepcific requirement for our bed, we want a lower bed, no head or end board, with storage room underneath, also we don't like soft mattress. And Futon Company has provided the perfect solution for us, the bed is in such a good quality, very solid, and it's super easy to put together, everything...

Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. It is probably the most comfortable sofa-bed I have ever used. Super comfy as a sofa, equally so as a bed. And exceptional value in the sale!...

Was searching for a wallmirror with small shelf within frame. Futon company had a great one in wood at a brilliant price. Collected from a nearby Futon shop. It was full of such amazing and creative pieces. Definitely going back for another look. The item is well made and looks great insitu.

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room

Good quality product, easy to order, but took its time being delivered, considering I am 5 minutes away from the warehouse. It would be perfect if you could pick direct from the warehouse rather than a store.
