Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

After much searching for a table to fit our kitchen that also expands we chose the Delta table with 4 Oak Pass chairs. My 70+ family members loved this tatami, we've bought three to make it a slightly bigger super king size, and put on a 10cm thick foam mattress topper and it went like the best night they ever had, one of them have serious scoliosis. Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!
To put it together though was a nightmare….

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

I was in need of a futon to cover as temporary sofa now and for a guest bed in the future.
